Do this, now:

Okay, here goes, I know this sounds stupid, but just try it, once.

  1. Put your hands above your head, elbows bent all the way.
  2. Now, jerk your hands/arms straight up and let them fall, without control.
  3. Now, just sit back in your chair.

This made me feel soooo good when I did it, I have no idea why though. It takes the tension out of your upper body.
